1. General Terms

Welcome to Lubeserv Inc. By accessing www.lubeserv.ca or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Lubeserv Inc. supplies remote grease line systems, automatic lubrication systems, lubrication repair kits, grease fittings, tubing, hoses, and related accessories for various equipment and industrial applications.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are properly selected, installed, operated, inspected, and maintained.

2. Product Selection and Compatibility

Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility with their equipment before installation.

This includes identifying the correct fitting thread sizes, connections, hose or tubing specifications, pressure ratings, and installation requirements.

Lubeserv Inc. does not guarantee compatibility with specific equipment unless expressly confirmed in writing.

Any general product recommendations or technical information provided by Lubeserv Inc. do not replace proper mechanical inspection or verification by qualified personnel.

3. Product Manufacturing, Importation and Liability

Lubeserv Inc. is a Canadian importer, distributor, and supplier of lubrication products manufactured by independent third-party manufacturers and marketed under the Lubeserv brand.

Lubeserv Inc. does not physically manufacture these products unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers acknowledge that lubrication components must be selected, installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with their published specifications and applicable safety requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lubeserv Inc. disclaims liability for losses or damages caused by improper installation, excessive operating pressure, incompatible fittings, unauthorized modifications, inadequate maintenance, or other misuse of its products.

Lubeserv Inc. does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of equipment on which its products are installed.

For commercial transactions, Lubeserv Inc. seeks to exclude liability for indirect or consequential economic losses, including lost production, lost profits, and business interruption, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for manufacturing defects, negligence, personal injury, or other matters where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

Customers must discontinue use of any product suspected of being defective or unsafe and contact Lubeserv Inc. for assistance.

4. Installation and Maintenance Responsibility

All Lubeserv products must be installed and operated according to applicable product specifications, equipment manufacturer instructions, and appropriate safety practices.

Customers and installers are responsible for:

  • Proper installation and tightening of fittings and connections.

  • Correct routing and securing of tubing and hoses.

  • Maintaining safe operating pressures.

  • Preventing contact with moving parts, sharp edges, excessive heat, and abrasive surfaces.

  • Inspecting connections for leaks, damage, or deterioration.

  • Confirming proper grease delivery to the intended lubrication points.

  • Performing regular maintenance and inspections.

Improper installation, lack of maintenance, or incorrect product use may result in component failure, equipment damage, or personal injury.

5. Pressure Ratings and Safe Operation

Lubrication equipment may operate under significant pressure.

Customers must verify and comply with the maximum operating pressure specified for each component.

The maximum operating pressure of an assembled lubrication system must never exceed the rating of its lowest-rated component.

Excessive pressure may cause tubing rupture, hose failure, fitting separation, grease leakage, or other hazardous conditions.

Customers are responsible for selecting appropriate grease delivery equipment and ensuring that pressure is controlled during filling, testing, and operation.

Lubeserv Inc. is not responsible for failures or damage resulting from excessive pressure, incorrect equipment use, incompatible components, or failure to follow published specifications, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

6. Equipment Damage and Lubrication Failure

Customers are responsible for verifying that lubrication products are functioning correctly after installation and throughout their service life.

The installation of a remote grease line system or automatic lubrication system does not eliminate the need for routine equipment inspections.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lubeserv Inc. is not responsible for equipment damage or failure resulting from:

  • Blocked, disconnected, leaking, or improperly installed lubrication lines.

  • Incorrect grease selection or insufficient lubrication.

  • Improper installation or maintenance.

  • Failure to inspect lubrication components.

  • Operating pressure exceeding product specifications.

  • Unauthorized modifications or misuse.

  •

7. Product Modification and Misuse

Products must not be modified, altered, or used outside their intended operating conditions unless approved in writing by Lubeserv Inc.

The use of incompatible fittings, improperly sized components, unauthorized modifications, or incorrect installation methods may compromise product performance and safety.

Lubeserv Inc. disclaims responsibility for damage caused by such modifications or misuse to the extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lubeserv Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the improper selection, installation, operation, maintenance, or misuse of its products.

Such damages may include:

  • Equipment downtime or production losses.

  • Lost profits or business interruption.

  • Damage to machinery or associated components.

  • Costs associated with equipment repairs or replacement.

  • Losses resulting from improper lubrication practices.

For commercial purchases, and to the extent permitted by law, Lubeserv Inc.'s aggregate contractual liability arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply to liabilities or remedies that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

9. Product Information and Technical Specifications

Lubeserv Inc. makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate technical specifications, product descriptions, and operating information.

Customers must verify that the selected products meet their intended application requirements before installation.

Published pressure ratings, dimensions, and technical specifications must be respected.

Lubeserv Inc. may update product specifications and designs without prior notice. Such updates will not change the agreed specifications of previously accepted orders without any consent required by law.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

Except for express warranties provided by Lubeserv Inc. or applicable manufacturers, and warranties or conditions that cannot legally be excluded, products are supplied without additional voluntary warranties.

No representation is made that every product is suitable for every machine, lubrication system, or operating environment.

Nothing in this section removes legal rights or remedies available for defective products or other circumstances under applicable law.
