Thank you for shopping with Lubeserv. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in the circumstances outlined below.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us at sales@lubeserv.ca or (705) 923-8151 within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order information, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.

Wrong Item Received
If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent or provide a refund where appropriate.

Returns
Products are not eligible for return or exchange due to ordering the wrong size, thread type, configuration, or other product specification. Please confirm product specifications and compatibility before placing your order.
