Domestic shipping policy

Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

Potential shipping delays can occur during high order volumes, with notifications sent via email or telephone for significant delays. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and policies may include estimated delivery times and shipment costs. Some regions may have restrictions on overnight delivery, and delivery delays are possible

Thank you for shopping with Lubeserv. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. 

However, we will make an exception to this policy in the following limited circumstances:

• Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us at sales@lubeserv.ca or (705) 923 8151 within 30 days of receipt. We will need a detailed description of the product and the defect.

• Wrong Item Received: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please notify us within 30 days of receipt so we can arrange for a replacement or refund.

• Legal Requirements: We will provide a refund or return as required by applicable law.
