Grease Line Tubing & Fitting Guide
LubeServ offers remote grease line tubing, high-pressure hoses, and fittings for heavy equipment, transportation, agricultural machinery, and industrial applications across Canada.
Our preconfigured remote grease line kits are available with 6 mm nylon tubing or 8.6 mm high-pressure hose, both supplied with compression fittings. Customers can also build custom systems using 6 mm push-in fittings, 8.6 mm JIC fittings, or 11.3 mm high-pressure hose with compression fittings.

6 mm Nylon Tubing

Compression fittings
LubeServ's 6 mm nylon tubing provides a flexible, cost-effective solution for shorter remote grease line installations.
Compression fittings secure the tubing using a compression nut and internal component to create a reliable connection. They are included in our preconfigured 6 mm remote grease line kits and are also available separately for custom installations.
Push-In fittings
Push-in fittings allow 6 mm nylon tubing to be connected without tightening a compression nut, providing quick installation and convenient line replacement. These fittings are available separately for custom remote grease line systems.
8.6 mm High Pressure Hose
LubeServ's 8.6 mm high-pressure grease hose is designed for demanding applications requiring longer lubrication line installations.

Compression, push-in & JIC fittings
LubeServ offers three fitting configurations for 8.6 mm high-pressure grease hose, providing flexible connection options for custom remote lubrication systems.
Compression Fittings: Reusable fittings included in our preconfigured 8.6 mm remote grease line kits. Also available separately for custom installations.
Push-In Fittings: Use a compatible grooved hose stud and reusable screw sleeve to connect the 8.6 mm high-pressure hose to a push-in fitting. This configuration allows convenient connection and disconnection when properly assembled.
JIC Fittings: Reusable fittings available for custom lubrication systems requiring compatible JIC connections.
All configurations require compatible components and proper assembly to maintain a secure, leak-resistant connection.
11.3 mm High Pressure Hose
LubeServ's 11.3 mm high-pressure grease hose offers a durable solution for longer remote lubrication line installations and demanding operating environments.

Compression fittings
The 11.3 mm hose uses compatible compression fittings with the appropriate hose tail and compression sleeve. JIC and swivel fitting configurations are not available for this hose size.
This hose is available as individual components for customers building custom remote grease line systems.
